$15 gets you an all access pass to any and all group exercise classes listed below. Classes are running now and will continue thru May 9th.

Cross Fit
This is a group exercise class that incorporates a combination of weights, body weight and cardio. Moves can be modified to match your current fitness level or help you reach your future fitness goals. The moves will be described instead of shown to make this perfect for exercisers with low or no vision.
Cross Fit Intro class | Mondays and Wednesdays | 3:10 p.m. to 3:50 p.m.
Cross Fit intermediate class | Tuesdays and Thursdays | 2 p.m. to 2:45 p.m.
Weekend Workout | Saturdays | 9 a.m. to 9:45 a.m.

Intro to Kickboxing
This is a group class. With a combination of aerobics and martial arts you’ll be knocking down those extra lbs in no time. A combination of punches, blocks, kicks, elbows and knee moves will keep you busy and kicking butt during this workout!
Kickboxing Class | Mondays and Wednesdays | 6:15 p.m. to 7 p.m.
