This is a group exercise class using a mix of cardio, weights and body weight. Modifications can be made to increase and decrease intensity to match your current fitness and help you reach your future goals. Classes will be lead by UNO students Cross Fit

This is a group exercise class that incorporates a combination of weights, body weight and cardio. Moves can be modified to match your current fitness level or help you reach your future fitness goals. The moves will be described instead of shown to make this perfect for exercisers with low or no vision.

Intro to Kickboxing
This is a group class. With a combination of aerobics and martial arts you’ll be knocking down those extra lbs in no time. A combination of punches, blocks, kicks, elbows and knee moves will keep you busy and kicking butt during this workout!
