Attend Community Events

Offering consumers the opportunity to access events at community venues through live audio descriptions.

Participants receive verbal descriptions of what’s happening and information on visual elements like scenery, costumes, and action through a wireless FM system.

 

Join Book Club

Warm up with a good book and good discussion. During the winter, consumers are welcome to participate in our monthly virtual book club.

Club members select books from the Nebraska Talking Book & Braille Services and chat about them via Zoom.

Color Outside the Lines 

Calling all hobby enthusiasts! Check out our events for a full palette of activities to participate in.

Consumers can use their green thumbs to participate in gardening, plant care, and seed starting or let their creative side shine through with things like painting, crocheting or soap making.
