CrossFit is back! Right in time to help combat all the upcoming holiday parties. Workouts will be Tuesdays and Thursdays through December 14. These are group work out classes which means you’ll be kept accountable and you’ll have a team to cheer you on! You’ll use body weight, hand weights, kettle bells, slam balls, resistance bands, and jump ropes. The workouts can be customized to your goals and fitness level. You can intensify them with heavier weights or more reps. Anyone is welcome to come try a workout before signing up to check out what it’s all about.
