Passport Around the World: Indian Cuisine

In this session, we will be visiting India and talking about the spices used in traditional Indian cuisine. We'll learn about common rice dishes such as Biryani to more complex spice pairings used in the different types of curries. Learn about what’s hot and what's not. The dish we will be preparing is a traditional Korma.
