Summer might be winding down, but we’ll be turning up the heat at Outlook with high intensity workouts that can be modified to lower and higher levels depending on your fitness level and goals! Use your own body weight, jump ropes, exercise bands, weighted balls, kettlebells and the support of a workout group to get results.
